8vo, IV. 181pp. Hardcover, in black cloth boards with abrasions and scuffing to edges and extremities though in very good condition with a firm spine and a non- price clipped white d/w (now protected by clear archival covering) with bold red and black printing and chess motifs on the front and an advertisment of other chess literature on the rear cover in good condition though with a small biro marking on the front, minor chipping and some discolouration and soiling to the edges and spine, text is in excellent condition, devoid of any damage or prior owner notations. A collection of new and original chess traps, with diagrams and step by step analysis, written by the famous Israel Albert Horowitz (1907-1973) who was inducted into the World Chess Hall of Fame in 1989. Very good for an intermediate or advanced player.
