Returns & Refunds Policy

Love Vintage Books complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

We do not offer change-of-mind returns. Refunds, returns, or remedies are provided only where required under ACL.

You are entitled to a remedy if an item:

• Has a major fault
• Is not as described
• Is significantly different from listing photos or condition notes
• Is unfit for its normal purpose
• Vintage, used, and collectible books naturally show signs of age. Minor wear, foxing, toning, or defects clearly disclosed in the listing are not faults.

To request an ACL remedy, contact us at info@lovevintagebooks.com.au with your order number and clear photos. Do not return items without approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
