Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Dispatch occurs within 2–4 business days, Tuesday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed outside these days will begin processing on the next trading day. Tracking is provided where available.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary once lodged with Australia Post. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

A flat shipping fee of $15 AUD applies to standard orders.

Some items, particularly large, heavy, or multi-book orders, may exceed standard Australia Post size or weight limits.

If this occurs, we will contact you with the revised shipping cost. Any additional shipping charges must be paid before the order is dispatched. You will have the option to proceed or cancel the order for a full refund.

If an item arrives damaged or is lost, contact us promptly with photos and details. Remedies are provided only where required under Australian Consumer Law
