| Cover | Hardcover in blue cloth with silver titles original a sound spine with minor shelf wear consisting of spine edge and corner bruising plus neat half page tan staining to both endpapers and a pink and grey original dust wrapper with likewise chipping original edges and a 1cm repaired tear original upper front cover with top edge slightly browned now protected in removable clear archival covering. |
