Condition Report
| Cover | Good Condition - Note: The burgundy red cloth boards with gold title on the still firm spine, are really in excellent shape with only minor bumping on the corners. The drab grey wrapper has a red title and other text details on either wrapper surface. It is however very well worn with small areas of loss on both bottom corners, widespread chipping and minor shop soiling too though it is now protected by removable clear covering - With Dust Wrapper |
| Overall | Good Condition - Note: Internally this scholarly work is really in excellent condition devoid of all foxing, notations or page damage. Overall, due to significant usage by many legal scholars this current 1948 edition reprint really only suffers from dust wrapper wear and edge flecking thus reducing its overall condition. There is also a little very minor foxing of the endpapers |
