Les Pavillons - French Pavillons of the Eighteenth Century

Connolly, Cyril
1962 (First Edition). The Macmillan Company , New York, United States

Les petits chateaux were built by architects of genius and furnished and decorated in exquisite taste in the time of Louis XIV and XV. The society involved has now totally vanished, the furniture and pictures are scattered but the pavilions remain. A well loved book in very good condition with an endless number of black and white photos throughout. Also has the intact Errata page still sitting free inside.
