This book is really an exquisite narrative. An emotive beautiful work by a native Irishman in his home county of Cork with his local river and surrounds at the cessation of WWII. It has many beautiful black and white engravings throughout as well.

Condition Report
| Cover | Good Condition - The cover in lemon yellow cloth is very sound with a gilt embossed boat decoration on the front board and gilt title and decoration on the firm spine. The boards however have brown light exposure staining to both upper and lower edges due to tears and chipping to the yellow dustwrapper edges on both front and rear covers, though the wrapper is now protected in removable clear archival covering.- With Dust Wrapper |
| Overall | Very Good Condition - The pages are clean with no foxing or damage though top edge green is faded plus there is a tiny trivial 2mm mark on the fore-edge. |
