The Canary Islands
1911.
Adam & Charles Black
, London, England
This is a beautiful description of the the Canary Islands from a bygone era dated 1911 but is NOT the likely true first edition which seems to have been in elaborate white cloth with a heraldic device on the front. It is nevertheless one of the A & C Black 20/- Colour Books though there is no gilt on the top edge either but it actually has a full 20 colour plates (not the 16 or 18 as elsewhere described) and the fold out rear sketch map is present. Nevertheless it is dated 1911 with no other clues to its reprint status.
