The Single Girls' Sydney
In a modern new book marketplace with so many variations on a theme of advice to young women including where to meet new partners , this early advice book is nevertheless a quaint and interesting read well before the advent of online dating. It is fascinating to read the author's opinions of several Sydney ''pick-up'' places, bars and otherwise, both gay and straight. It also has very useful chapters varying from buying a car, job hunting, educational courses and fitness/sport options. Certainly dated but highly useful at the time published. Nostalgia in the extreme with no online advice available back in the early 80's! Quaint cartoon illustrations throughout too.

Condition Report
| Cover | Fair Condition - Note: An interesting photo cover of a dancing girl with a besotted young 'suit' with her too, the front cover has a bad diagonal crease on the bottom half and all edges are worn and chipped though these defects are tolerable over all. - No Dust Wrapper as issued |
| Overall | Fair Condition - Note: Well read, no doubt, by a large number of prior owners, it is overall a little battered though holding together remarkably well with no loose or missing pages but it does have page yellowing with bumping and chipping, though no extraneous notations at all. |
