Compact and beautifully presented, the book is about the working of Dutch artists (together known as Keikkeik) on Volumes Projects where fellow artists as buyers or subscribers were sent a new art supplement by mail every six months. It could be placed in or on the main work that could be made of very different materials. The first Volumes Project was called Argus in 1991 and the book is a tribute to a very unusual neo-innovative mechanism and interactive type of art production . The colour photography is of several examples of completed artwork . Written in both Dutch and English, it is one of their more approachable books, the overall production and "company" has now ceased from 2015 though this slim volume gives one a true impression of this 'different' avant-garde couple.
