| Cover | Hardcover in notably scuffed dark blue cloth boards with a faded gilt title original the spine only which actually remains firm yet with hinging and cracking in both endpapers, front and rear and all pages are present and well attached, upper edge is aged dark blue with basically no flecking and minor foxing original endpapers only, with no dust wrapper as expected. |
