Condition Report

Cover Fair Condition - Note: The green cloth original boards have no corner bumping but are largely obscured by a strange dust wrapper adjustment by the prior owner whereby they have trimmed off most of the wrapper flaps and adhered the remaining few mms to the board edges ostensibly to reveal the full sepia panoramas decorating both front and rear endpapers. There is also now a 3mm white scar from attempted tape removal on the front pastedown that further detracts from the book quality The wrapper is obviously chipped on all edges and there is also a 4 cm area of loss from the bottom edge of the lime green wrapper. The written inserts from the otherwise absent flaps have been retained and strangely are now adhered to the rear wrapper surface too. These homemade alterations have still left the book looking quite reasonable however and it is further improved by being now protected in clear archival covering as well. - With Dust Wrapper
Overall Good Condition - Note: Overall the book's contents are in quite good condition with no foxing or page damage with a prior owner's name and address neatly written on the corner of the half-title page. Certainly well loved but not without a few faults (see Cover condition)
