| Cover | Hardcover in green cloth in good condition though with two small brown tape marks original the front board and slight browning of board edges and dust wrapper in fair condition with one repaired small tear original front and a missing 2cm triangular piece original rear at the top edge with some internal old tape marks as well now protected by clear archival covering. |
