Round the Island - Sardinia re-explored
1956.
Chapman and Hill
, London, England
Bicycling with his wife around Sardinia brought the author to many small villages and sites that would never be seen by the normal traveller and these two summers enabled him to write a charming and factual description of the island's culture and people. This is a fascinating book for any interested traveller, cyclist or otherwise.
