Churchill Randolph and Gilbert, Martin
Heinemann , London, England

The first two volumes are written by Churchill's own son, Randolph S. Churchill who died in 1968, so the later volumes were then completed by Martin Gilbert, after having been previously approached by Randolph Churchill to do so, if it eventuated that the could not complete the series. It is the only official authorised biography of Churchill who did not want it published till after his own death. A big read but very important nonetheless and a vital possession of all serious Churchill students..
